Heard Shri Utkarsh, Advocate, holding brief of Shri Amit Chaudhary, learned Counsel for the appellant, Shri Ashok Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A-I for the State-respondent and perused the material placed on record.
Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has already undergone the detention period awarded to him in Session Trial No.241 of 1991 under Section 307/34 I.P.C., thus, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this case.
Learned A.G.A-I for the State-respondent also made an agreement with the submissions of learned Counsel for the appellant and submits that even as per his instructions, the appellant has completed his detention period and he is not confined in jail.
In view of the submissions made by learned Counsel for the parties, nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court in this appeal as the appellant has already completed his detention period in jail and he is not confined in jail.
Accordingly, the present appeal is hereby disposed of.
