The instant application for bail during pendency of this criminal appeal has been preferred by appellant/ applicant- Aalam , as he has been convicted vide judgment and order dated 02.04.2024 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge/ Fast Track Court (Crime against Women), Shrawasti in Sessions Trial No.31 of 2018, arises out of Case Crime No.4730/ 2017, under Sections 316 and 323 of I.P.C., Police Station- Malhipur, District- Shrawasti and sentenced as follows:-
