The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A (2) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has been filed against the bail rejection order dated 06.07.2024 passed by learned Incharge Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge (SC/ST Act) Mirzapur in Bail Application No. 1330 of 2024 (Vikas Kumar vs. State of U.P.) in Case Crime No. 225 of 2022 under Section 302 IPC, 4/25 Arms Act and 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Adalhat, District Mirzapur.
Issue notice to opposite party no. 2 returnable at an early date.
List after service of notice as fresh.
