In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, Shri Shashi Kant Srivastava representing the opposite party has received instructions and on the basis of his instructions, states that in compliance of the order dated 23.03.2023 passed by this Court in Writ - A No. 4974 of 2023, the representation of the applicant has been decided by order dated 26.10.2024 passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Pilibhit.
A copy of the order dated 26.10.2024 has been handed over to the Court which is taken on record.
A copy of the said order has also been handed over by the counsel for the opposite party to Shri Rahul Saxena, the counsel for the applicant.
As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.
The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged.
