The present application has been filed pleading noncompliance of the order dated 11.10.2023 passed by this Court in Writ C No.33941 of 2023.
The order sheet of the case annexed with the affidavit filed in support of the contempt application shows that on most of the dates fixed in the case, the members of the Bar were on strike and therefore, the case could not be heard by the concerned court.
In view of the aforesaid, there has been no willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court so as to take cognizance under the Contempt of Courts Act at this stage.
The contempt application is dismissed.
