The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 22.12.2023 passed by this Court in Application U/S 482 No. 43400 of 2023.
Through the order dated 22.12.2023 this Court had directed the Additional Government Advocate to obtain instructions in the matter regarding the grievance of the applicant as narrated in the Application U/S 482 No. 43400 of 2023.
The facts stated in the affidavit filed in support of the contempt appliation do not reveal any willful disobedience of the order of this Court.
The contempt application is dismissed.
