The present application has been filed pleading non compliance of the order dated 6.12.1999 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.38723 of 1999.
Through order dated 10.9.1999, this Court had stayed the operation of the impugned order dated 24.7.1999 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation. The order dated 24.7.1999 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation related to allotment of Chaks.
It is not the case of the applicants that delivery of Chaks have taken in pursuance to the order dated 24.7.1999 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation. The applicants plead that the opposite parties are making constructions over the disputed plots. The constructions, if any, being made are not in pursuance to the order dated 24.7.1999 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation and may be illegal acts for which the applicants have other remedy.
No case for instituting contempt proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 is made out.
The application is dismissed.
