The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 30.10.2023 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 36224 of 2023.
There is nothing on record to indicate willful disobedience of the order of the writ Court by the concerned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, who is the opposite party in the case.
From the facts available on records, no contempt of Court can be inferred against the opposite party.
The contempt application is dismissed.
