The present contempt application has been filed pleading noncompliance of the order dated 16.03.2021 passed by this Court in Matters Under Article 227 No. 1912 of 2021 whereby this Court had directed the Civil Judge (Junior Division) F.T.C., Allahabad to decide Civil Suit No.2192 of 2018.
There is nothing on record to indicate that there has been any willful or deliberate disobedience by the Civil Judge in not deciding the suit.
The contempt application is dismissed .
