Supplementary affidavit filed today on behalf of the respondents is also taken on record.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to typographical error, the name of respondent no. 2 has wrongly been mentioned in the array of the respondents as "Shri Shiv Ashok Kumar Singh" whereas it should be "Shri Ashok Kumar Singh".

Reason assigned in support of the prayer made in the instant application is found satisfactory.

In view of above, the application is allowed.

Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary amendment in the array of the respondents of the present contempt petition during course of the day.

Issue notice to the respondent nos. 1 & 2 (newly amended) to explain as to why contempt proceedings be not initiated against him for alleged willful disobedience of the order dated 30.07.2024 passed in Writ A No. 5911 of 2024.

List this case in the week commencing 10.02.2025, as fresh.
