Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that due to inadvertent typographical error at one place, the respondent no. 1 has been shown as District Basic Education Officer in place of District Inspector of Schools otherwise in all other places, the respondent no. 1 has been shown as District Inspector of Schools and prays for making necessary amendment/correction during course of the day.
As prayed, learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary amendment/correction during course of the day.
Issue notice to respondent nos. 1 & 2 to explain as to why contempt proceedings be not initiated against him for alleged willful disobedience of the order dated 10.09.2024 passed on Writ-A No. 4837 of 2024.
As prayed, steps be taken within a week.
