It has been stated in the affidavit that the order dated 23.3.2007 was served in the office of the opposite parties/contemnors in the first week of April 2007. No specific date has been given and no evidence in support of the contention has been filed along with the affidavit. Subsequently, the applicants moved an application on 25.4.2015 seeking an order on their application for conversion of Nazul Land into Free Hold in accordance with the order passed by the writ court. A letter dated 16.5.2024 has been annexed with the application which indicates that again an application dated 24.4.2024 was filed by the applicants before the Additional District Magistrate and on the said application, the Additional District Magistrate sought necessary documents from the applicants. It has been pleaded that necessary documents were supplied by the applicants to the Additional District Magistrate but till date, no order has been passed, therefore, the opposite parties have willfully disobeyed the order dated 23.3.2007 passed by this Court and have committed contempt of this Court.
