Sri Mayankar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties submits that after several call, the applicant did not come to receive the original records and, thereafter, the Principal of the College informed the Additional Secretary, Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, Regional Office, Prayagraj, U.P. and original documents were sent on the above said address which later on were sent to the applicant. Copies of the letters dated 3.7.2020 and 15.4.2023 are appended with the compliance affidavit.
In view of the aforesaid, no contempt is made out.
Notices are discharged.
Hence, contempt petition is dismissed .
