1. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the order passed by this Court dated 22.3.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.2119 of 2024 (Anuj Kumar Vs. State of U.P. & Ors.) has been willfully defied by the respondent.

1. Put up tomorrow, i.e., on 25.4.2024 at 11:30 A.M.

1. In the meantime, Mr. Sunil Bajpai, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel may seek instructions in writing from respondent no.1 about the status of the investigation of the case in question.

1. Learned counsel for the applicant is also directed to provide copy of the contempt application to learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel.
