1. Heard Sri Afzal Ahmad Khan, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Rajiv Dhar Dwivedi, learned AGA for the State.

1. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is the informant of the case and he has filed the instant bail cancellation application to cancel the bail granted by the court concerned to opposite party no.2 on the ground that after concealing material facts, he obtained bail.

He further submits that opposite party no.2 is a history-sheeter and he is having as many as criminal history of 12 cases to his credit and not only this, he is a life convict and his appeal is pending before this Court but in the entire bail granting order passed by the court concerned, which has been annexed along with instant bail cancellation application neither his criminal history nor the fact that he was life convict could be discussed.

1. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, it appears that matter requires consideration.
