1 . Heard learned Counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

The present application has been filed seeking cancellation of the bail granted to the accused Aman Srivastava @ Rishabh Srivastava vide order dated 21.10.2023 by the learned Sessions Judge, Lucknow in Case Crime No.407 of 2023, under Sections 323, 325, 507, 328, 376, 406, 420 IPC and Sections 66E and 67A of the Information Technology Act, Police Station Sushant Golf City, District Lucknow.

It is argued by the Counsel for the applicant that after the enlargement on bail, threats are being issued, for which, applications have been given before the Chief Secretary, Home; the Director General of Police; the Commissioner of Police and the Station House Officer, Sushant Golf City, District Lucknow.

4 . There is no document demonstrating that an application under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. has been filed before any court concerned with regard to the misuse of liberty of the bail.

5 . No good ground for cancellation of the bail is made out. Accordingly, the application filed for cancellation of bail is rejected.

However, it is directed that the trial court will endeavour to decide the trial expeditiously.
