This is the second bail application. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected vide order dated 26.02.2024 passed in criminal misc. bail application No. 6665/2023.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that all the fact witnesses have been examined and now doctor has been summoned. None of the fact witness remains to be examined.
In view of the above, let status of trial be summoned from the trial court.
