1. Heard Sri Atul Verma, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Hari Shanker Maurya, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State and Sri Sunil Kumar Singh Kalhans, learned counsel, who has filed Vakalatama on behalf of the complainant, the same is taken on record.
2. Sri Atul Verma, learned counsel for the applicant has stated that in a similar circumstances this Court has granted bail to the co-accused, namely, Suraj Singh @ Surya Pratap Singh vide order dated 02.12.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.11527 of 2024.
3. Learned Additional Government Advocate as well as learned counsel for the complainant pray for and are granted two weeks' time to file their objections/ counter affidavits.
