Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State-respondent, who has pointed out that apparently as indicated in the bail application, there are reference of 31 cases against the applicant, however the history has only been explained in respect of 19 cases and in this backdrop, the learned AGA submits that he requires some time to file counter affidavit.
Let the same be done within a period of two weeks.
