1. Heard Sri Shashank Shekhar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Diwakar Singh, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.
2. This bail application has been filed through E.mode and learned counsel for the applicant has provided the photocopy of the hard-copy of the bail application, the same is taken on record.
3. Office is directed to send the aforesaid photocopy to the Court as and when the case is next listed.
4. Learned Additional Government Advocate has informed that notice has been given to the complainant/ opposite party No.2 on 11.12.2024, but no one has appeared on her/ his behalf.
5. Let the objection/ counter affidavit be filed within a period of four weeks.
