The present application has been filed for bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. by the applicant in FIR No.207 of 2024 under Sections 363, 366, 376 IPC and Section 3/4 POCSO Act at police station Tarun, District Ayodhya.
Learned AGA submitted that notice has been served upon informant but none has put in appearance on behalf of the informant today.
Learned counsel for the applicant prays for an opportunity to file supplementary affidavit, for which he is granted a day's time.
