In terms of the FIR a missing person report was lodged alleging that the daughter of the informant aged about 15 years was enticed by the applicant, subsequently, in the statement under Section 161 Cr.P.C., the victim disclosed her age as 16 years and stated that she knew the applicant since the childhood and on 19.05.2023, the applicant met her and took her in a road, where they met another friend and all of three of them went to the Railway Station and they went to Noida and from the evening train they returned back. No allegation was leveled of any wrong being committed, in fact it was specifically stated that nothing wrong was done to her. In the statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., however, the victim stated that both of them had gone in a train to Noida, where the applicant tried to find a job, however, he did not get any job. It was stated that thereafter the victim was taken in a jungle and wrong was committed and threats were also issued.
