Heard Sri Rajiv Dwivedi, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Shyam Sunder Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for State.
By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 405 of 2021 at Police Station Sarnath, District Varanasi under Section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 & 34 I.P.C.
The applicant has been identified as one of the offenders who conspired to facilitate the cheating at a public examination. At this stage, no case for anticipatory bail is made out.
Without going into the merits of the case, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
Applicant may apply for regular bail.
