The present anticipatory bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant Manoj Kumar Singh, seeking anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest in Case Crime No. 218 of 2021, u/s 379, 411 IPC and Setion 3/57/70 of U.P. Minor Mineral (Concession) Rules, 1963, Section 4/21 of Mines and Minerals (Regulation and Development) Act, 1957 and 4/21 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984, P.S. Chopan, District Sonbhadra.

1. This is a second anticipatory bail application. The first anticipatory bail application of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn.

1. Since there is no representation on behalf of the applicant to press this anticipatory bail application even in the revised list, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
