The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicant Lateef seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 297 of 2019, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 304 IPC, Police Station Saini, District Kaushambi.
Counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of the investigation, the applicant was granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 25.01.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1356 of 2021.
