Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned AGA and perused the material available on record.

The present Anticipatory Bail Application has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant - Pradeep Kumar in Case Crime No. 0488 of 2022 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station - Civil Lines, District - Meerut.

In the present case it is alleged that the applicant has produced forged order of this Court dated 16.3.2020 before the Consolidation Officer. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant had filed the aforesaid order before the court concerned and the same was given by a third party namely Uvesh. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant was not aware that order was forged document. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that show cause notice was also issued in which reply to the aforesaid effect was also submitted.

On a pointed query being made to learned counsel for the applicant whether the alleged order dated 16.3.2020 submitted before the court was withdrawn, learned counsel for the applicant could not give any satisfactory reply.

It is not in dispute that in the present case the applicant has submitted forged order of this Court. The forged order pollutes the stream of justice. The applicant could not be permitted to be granted relief in an anticipatory bail where the stream of justice has been tried to be polluted by the applicant.

The present anticipatory bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. lacks merit and is dismissed accordingly.
