- The present application for anticipatory bail has been filed for anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.399 of 2023 (State vs. Ved Prakash & Others), under Sections 323, 504, 506, 325 and 308 IPC, Police Station Junavai, District Sambhal, during the pendency of trial.
- As per prosecution story, the applicant and other co-accused persons were seen removing the barb wiring on the parameters of the agricultural field of the informant. On being asked to refrain from doing so, they are stated to have hurled abuses at him and assaulted him on 22.11.2023 at about 10:00 a.m. His son is stated to have rushed to save them, whereby he was also assaulted by them causing grievous injuries to him.
