Heard Sri Gulam Mustafa, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Bhanu Pratap Singh, learned AGA for the State.

In view of the proposed order notice to opposite party no. 2 is dispensed with.

After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant has requested that the applicant maybe given liberty to appear / surrender before the learned trial court concerned to file regular bail application and if such bail application is filed, same may be heard and disposed of with expedition. Sri Mishra has also stated that the applicant and prosecutrix have got married, since then they are living together and this fact has been informed to the concerning police officers but the applicant is still apprehending his arrest.

Having considered the submissions of Sri Gulam Mustafa, learned counsel for the applicant, I hereby dispose of this application at the admission stage giving liberty to the present applicant to appear / surrender before the learned trial court concerned and to file his regular bail application before within a period of two weeks and if such application is filed, the learned court concerned shall dispose of the aforesaid application with expedition without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.
