The present bail application under Section 438 Cr.PC. has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in case crime/FIR No. 335/2024, under Sections 419/420/467/468/471/504/506 IPC and Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act, P.S. Fatehpur, District Barabanki.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
Perused the record.
In view of the specific embargo under Section 18 of SC/ST Act, the anticipatory bail application cannot be entertained.
Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as not maintainable.
