Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for respondent State and learned counsel for the complainant.

The present application has been filed by the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.349 of 2024 under Section 395/397 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali City, District Pratapgarh.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has been falsely implicated relating to the earlier incident where the applicant side has suffered injuries in this incident some other persons have caused the injury and applicant has been falsely booked by the police.

Perused the record.

Perusal of the record shows that the injured Asif has suffered three injuries on his head and nose. The incident is admitted as cross F.I.R.s have been lodged by both the sides. Both the sides have received injuries. The injured in his statement has alleged the complicity of the present applicant along with the other co-accused persons. No case of false implication is made out.

Considering the nature of injury, statement of the injured and the fact that cross F.I.R.s have been lodged by both the sides, no reason for false implication is made out, hence the anticipatory bail is rejected .
