- The present application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant in Case Crime No. 245 of 2010, under Sections 376, 511, 452, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Dholana, District Kasganj.
- At the outset Sri Yadvendra Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to the applicant to surrender and apply for regular bail.
- In view of the above, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
