This Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been moved by the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 41-B of 2006, under Sections 409, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 201, 218, 120-B, 34 IPC and Section 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, Police Station Sukhpura, District Ballia.
On the matter being taken up, learned counsel for the applicant submits that during pendency of this anticipatory bail application before this Court, the applicant has been arrested, therefore, the cause of this case has lost its efficacy.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the applicant at the Bar, the instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
