Applicant has approached this Court through this application under Section 483 Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of directions to the Additional District and Sessions Judge/ Special Judge (U.P. Gagsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986), Jalaun to expedite and conclude the proceedings of Criminal Misc. No. 0027 of 2023, titled Avnish Kumar Tiwari Vs. State of U.P., under Section 16 U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Madhogarh, District Jalaun, in a stipulated period.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for applicant does not press this application and prays for withdrawal.
