This application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed to direct the Court below to decide the application of the applicant filed under Section 340/195 (1)(b)(i) Cr.P.C. dated 01.10.2019 in Misc. Case No. 234 of 2017, (State of U.P. Vs. Devendra Singh and others), under Sections 323, 325, 504 IPC, Police Station-Civil Lines, District-Budaun, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate (First), Budaun within specified period of time.
Expeditious disposal of a case is the right of every litigant and it is expected from every Court to endeavour to dispose of a case pending before it, expeditiously.
Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection in this regard.
