Learned counsel for the applicant has drawn the attention of this Court towards the order dated 11.3.2024, passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Application U/S 483 No.370 of 2024, wherein the trial court was directed to make its endeavour to decide the present case as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.
Again the applicant has approached to this Court that trial of Case Crime No.1391 of 2021 has yet not been concluded.
Let a report be called from the District Judge, Bareilly, regarding the current status of the trial along with the reasons for delay caused in concluding the Case Crime No.1391 of 2021, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC, P.S. Cantt., District Bareilly, through Registrar (Compliance) within a period of three weeks.
