Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The present application u/s 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with prayer to direct the learned trial court/Civil Judge (J.D.) F.T.C. (Crime against Women), Saharanpur not to take any coercive measure against the applicants till insure the presence of opposite party no.2 and her witnesses before the court for examination on oath in Case No.63 of 2023 (State vs. Rajendra Verma and others) arising out of case crime no.53 of 2022, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 IPC and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Saharanpur, expeditiously within stipulated period.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the matter is pending consideration before the court concerned.

Expeditious disposal of a case is the right of every litigant and it is expected from every Court to endeavour to dispose of a case pending before it, expeditiously.

Learned A.G.A. has no objection in this regard.

¶11

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by learned counsel for applicant, it is expedient to direct the court concerned to make its endeavour to decide the case as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.

With the aforesaid directions, the application stands disposed of finally.
