Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The present application u/s 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with prayer to direct the court below to decide the Case No. 420 of 2017 (State vs. Shadat alias Sonu) arising out of Case Crime No. 174 of 2016, under Sections 269, 270, 277, 278, 188 IPC and under Section 3/8 of Uttar Pradesh Plastic and Other Non-Biodegradable Garbage (Regulation) Act, 2000, , Police Station Nagfani, District Moradabad within stipulated period.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the matter is pending consideration before the court concerned.
Expeditious disposal of a case is the right of every litigant and it is expected from every Court to endeavour to dispose of a case pending before it, expeditiously.
