" WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that in the ends of justice and above circumstances, this Hon'ble Court may very graciously, kindly be pleased:
i. to quash the Chargesheet dated 31.03.2024 and its cognizance / summoning order dated 02.09.2024 (contained in Annexure No. 1 and 2) as well as entire proceedings of Crl. Case No. 1677/2024 U/s498A/323/377, I.P.C. and 3/4, D.P. Act, qua the Petitioner No. 1, titled as State Vs. Asif & Others pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 48, Barabanki; arising out of FIR No. 54/2023, U/s-498A/323/313/377, I.P.C. and 3/4, D.P. Act.
