1 . Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and Shri Syed Saad Anwar, Advocate holding brief of Shri Mahmood Alam learned counsel for respondent No.2.

2 . Vakalatnama filed by Sri Mahmood Alam, Advocate on behalf of respondent No.2 is taken on record.

3 . Learned counsel for the parties jointly state that the parties have entered into a compromise dated 23.08.2024, a copy of which is placed on record as Annexure-3.

4 . Considering the aforesaid, the parties may appear before the court concerned on 01.10.2024 i.e. the date suggested by the learned counsel for the parties before Judicial Magistrate-II, Lucknow in Complaint Case No.260 of 2019, for verification of the compromise.

5. The learned trial Court shall verify the factum of compromise arrived at between the parties.

6 . In view of the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.

¶12

7 . Till 01.10.2024 or verification of the compromise, no coercive step shall be taken against the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned proceedings.

8 . It would be open for the parties to approach this Court in case any cause of action arises.

9 . Let copy of the original compromise deed be returned to the learned counsel for the parties after retaining a photocopy thereof on record as per rules.
