Heard Sri Mohd. Shabbir, learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Birendra Pratap Singh, learned State counsel and perused the record.

Sri Mohammad Tahir Kurashi, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 is not present despite the matter being taken up in the revised list.

Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the parties have entered into compromise, copy of which is annexed as annexure no. 5 to the affidavit in support of present 482 Cr.P.C. application. It is argued that as such the present proceedings be quashed.

Looking to the facts of the case, it is provided that the applicants shall file the said compromise within a period of two weeks from today before the court concerned who shall verify the same within two weeks thereafter and send his report to this Court.

List on 03.09.2024.

Till the next date of listing, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants Rafik Ahmad, Israr, Abrar, Sakir @ Mohd. Shakir, Kayyum, Afrar @ Afsar, Jalil Ahmad, Anwar Hussain, Tasleem, Arif, Rashid and Anis @ Anis Ahmad in Criminal Case No. 1168 of 2022 in Case Crime No. 583 of 2019, under Sections 147, 148, 452, 324, 323, 504, 506, 308 IPC, P.S. Nawabganj, District Bareilly, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Nawabganj, Bareilly.

Learned counsels for the parties are also at liberty to file the order of compromise through an affidavit in the present matter.
