Heard learned counsel for petitioner as well as Shri Anurag Kumar Singh, learned counsel for CBI.

The present 482 Cr.P.C. petition has been filed to quash the impugned non bailable warrant dated 08.05.2024 issued by special judge Anti-Corruption C.B.I. (West) Lucknow in criminal case No. 994 of 2020, state through C.B.I. Vs. M/s K.C. Infra Build Pvt. Ltd. and others, case Reference R.C. 21922017E0007 of C.B.I./E0-1/New Delhi, Under section 120B, 420, 467, 468, and 471 of I.P.C. and sections 13(2) r/w 12(1) (d) of Prevention of Corruption Act 1988

Learned counsel for petitioner, after arguing for some time, submits that present petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a bail application which may be decided in view of law laid down by Supreme Court in "Satender Kumar Antil versus Central Bureau of Investigation and another, Special Leave to Appeal (Cri)No.5191 of 2021 ".

In view of the above, prayer for quashing the impugned proceeding is refused. So far as other prayer is concerned, it is provided that in case the petitioner appears before the trial court within two weeks from today and applies for bail, the same shall be decided expeditiously, in view of the law laid down by Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil's case (supra).

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
