Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. appearing for the State-respondents.
After arguing the matter at some length, Shri Abdul Ahad, learned counsel for petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh.
Learned counsel for State-respondents has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
Certified copies of the summoning order and the complaint be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner after retaining photocopies thereof on record in accordance with law.
