- Vide order dated 07.03.2024, the matter was directed to be referred to the Mediation Centre subject to deposit of Rs. 30,000/- by the applicants. Despite the notice served by the Mediation Centre, the opposite party no.2 failed to appear before the Mediation Centre. Therefore, the Medication Centre has submitted that the parties did not appear before the Mediation Centre.
- In view thereof, put up this matter on 30.07.2024 in the additional cause list.
- Interim order granted on 07.03.2024, is hereby vacated.
