Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for respondent no.1 and Sri Rama Kant Dixit, learned counsel, who files Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.2.

Instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. (now U/s 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023) has been filed praying for quashing of the entire criminal proceedings of Complaint Case No.28729 of 2024, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 452, 427 IPC, Police Station Jankipuram, District Lucknow, pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Lucknow.

There is consensus between learned counsels for the contesting parties that a compromise has been entered into between the parties which has been verified vide order dated 27.06.2024 by the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Lucknow, a copy of which is Annexure-6 to the application, and there is no further dispute between the parties pertaining to case no.28729 of 2024.

Considering the aforesaid consensus as well as the order dated 27.06.2024 of the learned trial court whereby compromise has been verified, the complaint case no.28729 of 2024 and its proceedings as pending before the the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Lucknow, are quashed.

The application stands disposed of.
