Vakalatnama filed by Ms. Sandhya Devi, Advocate, alongwith Ms. Neha Chaurasia, Advocate and Pooja Maurya, Advocate, on behalf of opposite party No.2/Shalu is taken on record.

Learned counsels for the parties have stated that there is chance of amicable settlement of dispute between the parties, which is matrimonial in nature, as such, the matter may be referred to Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court.

In view of above, list this case before Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court on 15.07.2024. On that date, applicant No.1-Shubham Tripathi (husband of opposite party No.2) and opposite party No. 2/Shalu, shall remain present before Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court. The applicant No.1Shubham Tripathi (husband of opposite party No.2) shall deposit an amount to the tune of Rs. 50,000/- before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre on or before 15.07.2024, which shall be released in favour of opposite party No.2/Shalu.

List this case before this Court on 14.08.2024 after completion of mediation alongwith mediation report.

As an interim measure, it is provided that till the next date of listing, the proceedings of summoning order dated 20.05.2024 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hardoi as well as proceedings of Case No. 20166 of 2024 and Charge Sheet No. 635 of 2023, dated 19.10.2023 and 635A/2023 dated 05.11.2023 pertaining to Case Crime No. 0523/2023, under Section 420, 498-A, 376, 323, 506 IPC, Police Station-Kotwali City, District-Hardoi, shall remain stayed.

In case, the amount aforesaid is not deposited by the applicant No.1-Shubham Tripathi (husband of opposite party No.2/Shalu) within the specified time, the interim protection granted by this Court shall not be available to applicants and no further time would be granted to applicant No. 1 to deposit the aforesaid amount.
