It is further prayed that this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to stay the summoning order dated 22.10.2024 passed by Learned Additional Civil Judge (J.D.)/ Judicial Magistrate, Jalaun along-with stay the proceeding of Case No. 2033 of 2023, Under Section 452,323,504 I.P.C Police Station Sirsa Kalar, District Jalaun (Gayatri Vs Mohit Singh and others), pending in the court of Learned Additional Civil Judge (J.D.)/ Judicial Magistrate, Jalaun, during the pendency of the present application before this Hon'ble Court. And or pass such other and further order, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case. Otherwise applicants shall suffer irreparable loss and injury."
