Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the second wife of Dileep Yadav whose first wife Mamta has lodged the FIR which is impugned in this case. He further submits that the dispute between the petitioner and opposite party no. 2 is petty in nature and in all likelihood it can be settled through mediation if it is referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.

In view of the above, let notices be issued to opposite party no.2.

The petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 24,000/before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court which shall be paid to opposite party no. 2 on three consecutive dates.

Opposite party no. 2 as well as the petitioner is directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court on 23.05.2024. The Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court shall submit its report before this Court within three months thereafter.

List on 28.08.2024.

Till the next date of listing, further proceedings of Criminal

Case No. 81421 of 2014 "State Vs. Dileep Yadav and others", arising out of case crime No. 62/2013, under Sections 323/504/506 IPC, P.S. Gosaiganj, District Lucknow pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (VI), Lucknow, shall remain stayed.

It is made clear that in case the amount as directed by this Court is not deposited within twenty days from today, the protection provided through this order shall stand vacated automatically.
