Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rao Narendra Sing, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The present application has been filed with a prayer to quash the criminal proceedings of Case No.9430 of 2013, summoning order dated 11.02.2003, charge-sheet dated 28.01.2003 as well as the order dated 01.04.2022 relating to Case Crime No.219 of 2002, under Sections 225-A,409, IPC and Section 29 of the Police Act, 1861, Police Station Chowk, District Lucknow passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 5th, Lucknow.

At the very outset, counsel for the applicant states that the applicant will surrender before the court below and apply for bail.

It is therefore, directed that in case the applicant surrenders before the Court below within three weeks from today and prefer bail application, the court below shall decide it in accordance with law.

The application stands disposed of .
