- Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated by the police with the allegation of carrying raw liquor; the quantity has not been ascertained; the manner in which the liquor was being carried out was also not investigated by the Investigating Officer; the entire investigation is defective, and therefore, the proceedings initiated against the applicant is vitiated under the law.
