Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are reputed persons in the society and they have been falsely implicated in the present case due to rivalry. He further submits that no such incident ever took place as alleged by the prosecution and the applicants have been roped in the present case only due to counter blast of the First Information Report lodged by applicant No.1 against the opposite party No.2 and his family members. He further submits that on 22.11.2022 at 5:00 P.M. the opposite party No.2 and his family members started abusing the family members of the applicants, thereafter, when the applicant No.1 reached home, he went to the concerned police station and lodged a F.I.R. which was registered as Case Crime No.506 of 2022 under Section 323, 504 and 506 I.P.C., copy of which is annexed as Annexure No.2 to this application. He further submits that being aggrieved by the F.I.R. so lodged by the applicant No.1 against the opposite party No.2 and his family members, the opposite party No.2 only with the intention to create pressure on the family members of the applicants, had lodged the present F.I.R. so that in fear of criminal prosecution against the applicants, they may compromise the situation and take back their F.I.R. which was lodged by the applicants against the opposite party No.2 and his
